Senior Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
