Senior Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Philadelphia caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
