Senior Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 674 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
