Senior Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
