Senior Instructor - skills training (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
