Senior Instructor - skills training (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
