Senior Instructor - skills training (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
