Senior Instructor - skills training (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
