Senior Instructor - skills training (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates designs and makes medical devices in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
