Senior Instructor - skills training (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
