Senior Instructor - skills training (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
