Senior Instructor - skills training (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Miami. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
