Senior Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
