Senior Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Juniper Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
