Senior Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
