Senior Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Field Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
