Senior Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
