Senior Instructor - skills training (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Granite Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Madison, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
