Senior Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
