Senior Instructor - skills training (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Little Rock region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
