Senior Instructor - skills training (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
