Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
