Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
