Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
