Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
