Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
