Senior Instructor - skills training (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
