Senior Instructor - skills training (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Jackson area, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
