Senior Instructor - skills training (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
