Senior Instructor - skills training (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Pike Medical is a Jackson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
