Senior Instructor - skills training (Hartford, CT)

Summit Ivory Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
