Senior Instructor - skills training (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
