Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Ivory Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
