Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Amber Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
