Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak River Staffing is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
