Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Ember Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
