Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Haven Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials.
