Senior Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Lantern Staffing places workers with employers around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
