Senior Instructor - skills training (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
