Senior Instructor - skills training (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
