Senior Instructor - skills training (Dallas, TX)

Nova Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
