Senior Instructor - skills training (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
