Senior Instructor - skills training (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Bright Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
