Senior Instructor - skills training (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
