Senior Instructor - skills training (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
