Senior Instructor - skills training (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
