Senior Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charlotte, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
