Senior Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
