Senior Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
