Senior Instructor - skills training (Boise, ID)

Cedar Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Boise, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Boise. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
